1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products ("Templates") sold by CV Creator ("we," "us," or "our") through cvcreator.store and our Etsy shop. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Digital Product & Delivery

Our Templates are delivered as digital files — specifically Google Sheets documents shared via a link. There is no physical product and no postal delivery. After your payment is confirmed by Etsy, you will receive immediate access to download or copy the Template.

Delivery depends on Etsy's platform. If you experience any issue accessing your file, contact us at support@cvcreator.store and we will assist you promptly.

3 Refund Policy

        All sales are final. Because our products are digital files that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once download access has been granted.
      

We stand behind the quality of our Templates. If you encounter a technical issue or believe the product was materially misrepresented, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

4 Licence Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to use the Template for your own professional or personal purposes. This licence covers one individual per purchase.

You may:

Edit and customise the Template for your own CV or resume.
Use the finished resume document for job applications or personal branding.
Print or export the document for your own use.

5 Restrictions

You may not:

Resell, sublicence, or otherwise transfer the Template to any third party.
Distribute or share the Template file — including the original or a modified version — for free or for payment.
Upload the Template to any marketplace, template library, or file-sharing platform.
Use the Template to create a competing product or service.
Remove or obscure any branding or attribution included in the Template.

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your licence and, where applicable, legal action.

6 Intellectual Property

All Templates, designs, and associated content are the intellectual property of CV Creator and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a Template does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you — it grants a limited licence as described in Section 4.

7 Platform Terms

Purchases made through our Etsy shop are also subject to Etsy's Terms of Use and policies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Etsy's policies on matters relating to the transaction itself (such as payment disputes), Etsy's policies will govern.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

Templates are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or guarantee of employment outcomes. Results depend on individual circumstances beyond our control.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CV Creator's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of our Templates shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be effective from the date it is posted. Continued use of our products after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
